According to the unloading method, the self-unloading tipper trailer can be divided into two types: side self-unloading semi-trailer and rear self-unloading semi-trailer. Product description

The tipper trailer is mainly used for the transportation of bulk cargo. Common bulk cargoes include sand and gravel, coal, grain, etc.

Based on its own characteristics, the tipper trailer should pay attention to the following points when designing and manufacturing:

Due to the limitation of the structure, if the cargo box is too long, the center of gravity of the vehicle may be too high and unstable after lifting. If the ground is not level, accidents may occur. Therefore, according to the standard regulations, the overall length of the carriage is generally 8~10 m, the maximum outer width of the carriage is 2.55 m, the maximum inner width is 2.45 m, the maximum height of the fence is 0.6 m, and the maximum effective volume is 14.7 m³.

Since the lift height of the side tipper trailer is not as high as that of the end model, it can reach the maximum length of 13m required by regulations, the maximum outer width of the carriage is 2.55m, and the maximum inner width is 2.45m.
