The dump semi trailers are mostly used to transport bulk granular goods such as construction materials, ore and coal.
The dump semi trailer can carry out two-way side dumping operation, which has the advantages of convenience and flexibility. Therefore, it has been widely used in the transportation process.
Product description
The side dump trailer adopts a double-pipe air brake system. A single-chamber brake air chamber is installed on the front axle of the trailer, and a double-chamber brake air chamber is installed on the rear two axles. The brake control is an emergency relay valve emergency system. When braking, it acts on the three axles through the brake air chamber and when parking braking, it acts on the rear two axles through the double-chamber brake air chamber.
The hydraulic system of the dump semi trailer consists of four parts, including hydraulic power source, hydraulic oil tank, carriage lift system, and shift cylinder working system. The realized functions are: lift and lower of the carriage; sideways of the semi-trailer.
The air controlling system is mainly through the gas in the main gas source of the tractor that the air source control valve in the cab and the hydraulic control valve of the semi-trailer are connected. The leakage gas of the position valve controls the inclination angle of the cabin.
