Skeleton container truck trailer is a kind of container transport semi trailer frame and another is flat type. The skeleton type driving is made by welding the longitudinal beam, the transverse beam and the front and rear beams. The longitudinal beams are welded into high-quality steel plate 16Mn submerged arc to form an I-shape (the main size is 450, 500). The beam has a welded rectangular cross-section. An integral long beam is provided at the position of the intermediate container locking device to improve the carrying capacity of the container locking device. The difference between the flat type and the skeleton type is that the flat type adds a frame and a pattern floor. The frame of the wood series container transport semi trailer is all shot blasted. The entire frame is assembled and welded on a special positioning platform. It has a reasonable structure, high strength and beautiful appearance. A container tightening device is installed on the frame, which can load two standard containers of 40 feet and 20 feet. The four container tightening devices at the front and rear ends are of a fixed structure, and the middle container tightening devices are of a concealable structure. When loading containers, the intermediate container locking device can be lowered below the cargo platform level as needed.
