Pay attention to the semi-trailer inspection. When connecting the main engine, it is required to be correct and reliable, the brakes and tire pressures meet the regulations, and the accessories must not be loose, broken or deformed. When transporting vehicles, also pay attention to overloading.

The operating load of semi-trailer components during the break-in period should not exceed 80% of the rated load. After 150 kilometers, pay attention to the bearings of the wheels, the temperature and the tightening of the leaf springs, wheels and other fasteners. The trailer travels about 40 kilometers each time. Fasteners can be used normally after three passes.

When the semi-trailer is driving, please pay attention to check whether the brakes are hot, whether there is any peculiar smell, the running gear of the trailer is skewed, and if there is any abnormal phenomenon, you should stop and check immediately.

Take care to check the tire bearing clearance of the trailer every seven hours, and regularly clean the truck, check for loose fasteners, and lubricate related parts. If you find any problems, please pay attention to solve them in time.
