Low bed trailer is the an popular truck trailer designed for loading excavator, loader, bulldozer and other heavy machinery.
We have two kind of low bed trailer for the customers choose, first is the flat deck model(orange one), this model is better for carry the machinery with the longer length but the lower height body, in some country they call this as semi lowbed trailer. Another is the hollow deck model(yellow one ), it means the loading deck is special lower than the tire top height, this model is better for carry the machinery with very high body, to cross the lower bridge or tunnel.
Our engineers will design the trailer main beam chassis depend on the load capacity that provided by the end user customer, and we have 2 axle 3 axle low bed trailer, we choose Q345B high tensile steel in an thicken thickness, with automatic Submerged-Arc welding processes, to make sure the low bed trailer with an strong loading deck.
The reliability of a product is considered as a most important quality of the product, we choose the top brand of the spare parts that we can get like BPW, JOST, WABCO,FUWA....To make sure the low bed trailer with an good reliability of the quality.
As the shipping freight is keep increasing since 2021, to save the shipping cost, we usually make 2 or 3 units 4 axle low bed semi trailers in one stack, to make the lower total size for the shipping line.
Usually the side beam of the low bed trailer will end in the front of the first axle, but there are some customer will choose the cross side beam from the front to the rear end, like the following picture, we can design the style depend on the customers’ request.
